What do characters do at parties?

What is the deposit?
We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to hold your spot in our calendar.
We offer $10 off your total amount if you pay in full at the time of booking.
Parties booked less than 7 days away require full payment at the time of booking.
Do boys have fun at princess parties?
Yes! When there are boys present, we make sure that our activities are gender neutral and that all children feel included.
If you are concerned the boys at your party may not have fun, we offer a selection of princes, superheroes, and other characters you can book to entertain the boys.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
Do you ever cancel bookings?
Please see your contract for information on party cancellations and our guarantees to you in the extremely unlikely event we have to cancel.
Please note that we have completed over 7,000 parties in 9 years of business and have had 3 instances total of needing to cancel or change a booked character. In each instance we worked with the client to go above and beyond for the inconvenience caused.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at 6 weeks in advance with multiple date options to ensure you can book the character you're wanting!
We do take bookings up to 48 hours before your party.
Can I book more than one character?
Yes! The more the merrier!
Even if you book multiple characters from different universes, our performers will coordinate to create a seamless event.
What if I am unsatisfied with my performer?
We train and hire only the best of the best at our company. In the unlikely event that you were unsatisfied with your character, please email us to let us know and we will see what we can do to help. Please provide specifics so we can conduct an investigation.
Please note that our performers are real people and may have "good days" and "off days" just like your favorite singers, musicians, and theater performers.
Last-minute booking fees.
We do take bookings less than a week away from your party, but it does cause extra time and stress on our performers, because they often have to have their schedules moved around last minute.
To help compensate for this, we charge a $25/Saturday, and $15/Sunday last-minute booking fee.
Where are you located and are there travel fees?
We are located in Atlanta, Ga and travel up to 2 hours in any direction from our headquarters.
We travel 40 miles roundtrip for free, and then charge $0.50 miles ($0.20 below Ga's suggested rate!)
If you are booking a 30 minute visit, we travel up to an hour included, over an hour involves a $15/fee per person.
How many children are allowed at our party?
We have no limits to the number of children you invite to your party!
Our activities package may be altered if you have more than 15 children needing face paint, balloon twisting, etc.
Bookings with over 50 children are recommended to get an additional character attendant for a smooth event.
Do you have any discounts?
Yes! We never want cost to be the reason a client does not book with us. If you have a strict budget you need to stay within, please let us know.
We offer a $10 discount for paying in full at the time of booking and for signing up to our mailing list.
If you pay on Venmo, Cashapp, or Zelle you can remove the credit card fee from your invoice.
Do you donate your services?
We are happy to donate our services to non-profits, in exchange for sponsorships, and to auctions raising money for a good cause.
We try to keep this amount under $25,000 annually so that we can stay in business, so please ask as early in the year as possible. Between October-December we are often asked for hundreds of thousands of dollars in donations and we work on a first come, first serve bases.
Will I get the performer pictured on the website?
Each of our characters are portrayed by multiple performers at our company, and it cannot be guaranteed who will perform at your booking.
Can I change my character?
Yes, you may change your character as many times as you need pending availability!
Can I tip my performer?
Our actors do perform live and tips are never expected but are greatly appreciated.
You can tip in advance on your invoice, in cash at your party, or our performers can provide you their direct information (Venmo, Cashapp, or Zelle).
Where should I have my party?
Our favorite venue is where ever you've picked to have your party!
Our performers are used to walking into a variety of settings and will be happy to make due with the space you have provided.
We do not have a physcial location where we host parties.
We can provide a certificate of insurance should your venue need this.
