What’s included with each bear?

Every bear comes with a 16-inch teddy, stuffing, a heart insert, an adoption certificate, and a T-shirt craft.

Can I book a character too?

We offer teddy bear add-ons to our 90 and 120 minute character parties. These are priced with the character plus an additional $40/per teddy. Characters may lead the teddy activity for up to 8 teddies by themselves and must be booked with an attendant (90 Minutes $150, 120 Minutes: $200) after that.

What’s the difference between Bear Box Delivery and a Guided Craft Party?

With Bear Box Delivery, we schedule delivery before your party and give you a video and PDF guide so you can lead the activity. At a Guided Craft Party, our teddy expert leads the 60-minute experience for you.

Question 4

What does Deluxe include?

Deluxe Bear Box Delivery and Deluxe Guided Craft Parties add an upgraded outfit and a carrying box for each bear. Outfits and carrying boxes are already included with the Stuffie Station.

How many teddies do I need to order?

Accepted Answer

Just like when ordering cupcakes for your party, we recommend ordering a few more teddies than you think you will need! We have a 6-bear minimum on deliveries, an 8-15 bears for craft parties, and a 20 bear minimum for the stuffing station. If you have a special case, like you need 18 bears, you will be required to book an additional person ($100/60 minutes) so that your party run smoothly.

6 teddies = 1 style7–12 teddies = 2 styles13–18 teddies = 3 stylesEach additional group of up to 6 bears allows one more style, subject to availability.If you would like a mystery set of teddies, we can provide this and will give you a 10% discount on your order total!

What is a mystery bear?

Let us select the bear styles from our available inventory and save 10% per bear. Mystery Bears are available with all three experiences; the package’s listed essentials are still included.

What happens during a Guided Craft Party?

Guests build their bears, add a wishing heart, complete their adoption certificates, decorate T-shirts, and join a stuffie parade. We include games when time allows. The party lasts 60 minutes.

Question 9

How does the Stuffie Station work?

Accepted Answer

Guests visit a guided teddy-building station during your event. The two-hour booking includes a 20-bear minimum, and we plan for up to 12 guests per hour. For larger groups, you can add time in 30-minute increments for $55 each. We will arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled time for setup and take down will also take about 30 minutes. We recommend having us there for the full length of time of your party. For a smoother experience with no wait times, additional attendants may be added at $200/2 hours.

Can I add a sound or a custom t-shirt?

Yes - choose either upgrade or both. Sound modules are $5 per bear. Custom bear T-shirts have one $65 artwork fee per booking, plus $5 per printed shirt.

Is travel included?

Accepted Answer

Travel is $0.75 per mile for the round trip from our office in Dunwoody, Georgia, to your venue and back.

Question 12

When do I need to finalize my order?

Accepted Answer

Please finalize your teddy count, styles, and add-ons at least two weeks before your party. We’ll try to accommodate later changes, but availability isn’t guaranteed.

What if some guests don’t use their bears?

All prepaid bears are yours to keep, including unopened kits. Unused bears are not refunded or bought back. They make great gifts you can share at a later time!

Do you do corporate events or festivals?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We create custom quotes for both. Tell us your event date, location, expected attendance or bear count, theme, and budget so we can plan the right experience.

Question 15

How does payment work?

Accepted Answer

We follow the same payment procedures for all of our bookings. A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking and your final payment must be made the Wednesday before your party. If you choose to pay in full at the time of booking, you will receive $10 off your total amount.
